I came to the conclusion that I need to start actually writing on my blog instead of just posting pictures and one-line sentences.
Today I made a decision to start cooking
More, in the sense of with recipe's.
I do my best to eat clean so a recipe I choose has to be crucial. I mainly eat all natural and clean. This consist of: Meat- chicken, turkey, beef
Greens- any and all vegetables
Fruit- I'm very picky with my fruit and I only like some but all fruit is great for you.
Nuts- almonds are my go to
I've been going to the gym weekly about 2-3 times and I've seen great results not from cardio, but from lifting weights. I'll post more details about my transformation but I'm still in the works.
